MODE has seconded a number of specialist design and technical staff to work alongside and assist the Scentre Group in-house design team in coordination and delivery of developed design and documentation packages for a 5 storey $790M shopping mall development.

Incorporating major anchors, mini-majors, supermarkets, multiplex, state-of –the-art food and beverage provisions as well as 2 storey pedestrian footbridge connecting the new with existing malls over a local service road.

This project has benefited from a close working relationship between Scentre Group and MODE.
