Delivered through a partnership between Brisbane Housing Company and Queensland Cricketers’ Club, the project was completed in 2012 and includes 71 apartments and two townhomes.

The development provides a mix of affordable, market and NRAS housing, creating a safe and well-integrated community within Brisbane’s growing urban renewal corridor. Its location encourages reduced car dependence through strong connections to public transport, walking and cycling networks.

Architecturally, the building responds to the surrounding context through a material palette inspired by nearby Queenslanders, warehouses and commercial buildings, reinforcing its connection to the character of the Woolloongabba precinct.
