Olds Park Premium Sporting Facility

MODE has been engaged by Georges River Council to undertake the concept master planning for the Olds Park Sports Facility, including the complete redevelopment of the clubhouse, team changerooms and canteen building.

The project will see the development of a premium cricket and AFL facility which will include public amenities and seating for 500 people, with around 50% of the seating to be shaded from 2pm onwards afforded by the large, cantilevered roof.

The 500-seat bleacher seating will be built into the existing embankment of the western side of the oval acting as a retaining wall/terracing in addition to providing spectator seating.

A future stage of the project will include a community centre with library facility and function room which will allow for year-round and nighttime activation.
