Bungendore Aquatic Centre
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council has engaged MODE to undertake the planning, design, and documentation of the new Bungendore Aquatic Centre in Bungendore, NSW. The Bungendore Aquatic Centre will provide an entry gateway to the greater Bungendore Sporting Precinct located to the immediate west of the town of Bungendore.
Currently at Development Approval stage, the Bungendore Aquatic Centre will provide the community with an 8-lane, 25m indoor pool. Included within the aquatic centre is a café/kiosk, changing and showering facilities, a 300-seat tiered seating stand for school carnivals and swimming meets, an indoor splash play area, and outdoor landscaped picnic areas.
