Introducing MODE Advisory
Over the past 35 years, MODE has experienced extraordinary growth. As MODE enters a new era guided by an ambition to establish itself as one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading architectural design practices, we’re delighted to continue the evolution of the organisation with our MODE Advisory practice.
MODE Advisory provides a structured pathway for our senior leaders to continue to support the practice through consulting, mentoring and strategic support, while importantly enabling MODE to retain valuable experience and industry knowledge.
Trevor Barker, who has led our informal MODE Advisory practice for some time, will continue in an advisory role as part of his recently announced retirement transition. He will be joined by experienced MODE leader Peter Bertram, who formally joins MODE Advisory following many years of leadership and contribution to the practice.
The move will see both Trevor and Peter continue to actively remain connected with and contribute to MODE, providing strategic advice, mentoring and specialist support across the business to the benefit of our clients, projects teams and next generation of leaders.
Managing Principal Rhonan O'Brien said the formalisation of MODE Advisory ensures MODE retains the expertise and relationships that have helped shape the practice over many years.
