With over 35 years’ of experience across project types, Rhonan believes in measuring a project’s success against a ‘triple bottom line’ of environmental, economic and social sustainability. He brings strong leadership to every project and the ability to consider alternative design solutions that create more value in the built project for the client and end users against these metrics.
His experience includes numerous residential projects across sectors and types, including remote housing for mining applications and tourism. Rhonan has had exposure to requirements for project financing, marketing programming and quality control.
With the practice operating in a wide variety of sectors, including multiple purpose housing, education, health, sport, corrections and commercial projects, Rhonan is continually exposed to the economic, social and environmental “drivers” within the broader community and how these impact on small-to-medium-sized enterprises.
