Tweed Valley Health Hub | Tweed Valley, NSW
The Tweed Valley Health Hub comprises two interconnected two-storey buildings, linked by a bridge and set within a distinct landscape separate from the broader hospital development.
Located adjacent to the new Tweed Valley Hospital, the facility delivers a secluded space dedicated to outpatient clinical and population health services, including Oral Health and the HIV and Related Programs (HARP), alongside a learning, development and research centre. The facility supports prevention, education and broader harm minimisation initiatives as part of an integrated model of care.
MODE was engaged under a D&C contract with ADCO, preparing documentation to support procurement and construction within Health Infrastructure NSW’s BIM requirements.
Our team collaborated with engineering and specialist consultants to coordinate materials, finishes and building systems – including natural colour precast concrete panels – ensuring the design harmonised with the main hospital while also meeting clinical functionality and compliance standards. MODE also provided construction phase support, responding to queries and monitoring delivery quality.
The completed facility offers modern outpatient care and supports clinical learning in a purpose-built, accessible environment, contributing to the broader vision for integrated health services across the Tweed region.
“MODE delivered exceptional outcomes for the Client in collaboration with ADCO and the project was delivered ahead of time and on budget.”
