O’Riordan Street Mixed-Use Precinct

On one of the last consolidated parcels of land in Mascot, MODE has been engaged by a private client to lodge a planning proposal application for a two-stage development with Bayside Council to allow a mixed-use development of approximately 50,000 square metres of floorspace over two towers of 11 storeys and 9 storeys.

Designed as a mixed-use development that incorporates 12,000m2 of medical tenancy to both ground floor and level 1, 8,000m2 of commercial and retail tenancy space (at ground floor), a medi-hotel, and commuter parking. This project will set a new benchmark for high-quality development within Mascot and will assist council in delivering more employment generating development adjacent to the airport and nearby high-density residential areas.
