Pelican Waters Caloundra engaged MODE to provide assistance with the master plan on their new Stage 3 land development with the view of providing conceptual layout of a retail commercial site abutting the main access road into the development.

The lot is positioned to have easterly and north-eastern orientation to the proposed marina and park. The retail component is to open out onto these spaces and the commercial component is to address the main street. The site, with its connections to the park, marina and proposed bridge over the canal, will be pedestrian friendly allowing vehicles to access and park within. The look and feel will be a village/marina setting allowing landscaping to extend up walls and overhead while providing access through and around the site for the public.
