This is the development of two distinct projects, one, a prison hospital and the other, a forensic hospital. These involve two separate sites with a total of nine buildings.

Long Bay Forensic & Prison Hospital | Sydney, NSW

The Long Bay Forensic Hospital was procured and delivered as a PPP for the NSW Government.

The hospital is a 135-bed facility to accommodate patients with mental health issues. The development incorporates a separate recreation centre, visitors centre and administration building.

Incorporated within the facility are a number of therapeutic functions including a therapy pool, sports hall, arts and craft and educative learning rooms. The accommodation facilities combine residential qualities with a hospital overlay to enable the latest treatments to be administered to patients in a secure-yet-therapeutic setting.
