MODE was appointed as the principal consultant in managing the design, documentation and procurement for both commercial building, fitout and warehouse depot facilities on the Energex site at Berrinba.

This project is heavily geared around delivering on program and providing a value for money solution. MODE also focuses on the ESD properties and sustainable design solutions for the proposal; assisting Energex with operational and lifecycle costing and strategies to mitigate unnecessary expense.
