Scenic Rim Regional Council, Playscape Creations and MODE worked together to deliver a nature play based park for the community of Tamborine Mountain.

MODE were engaged by Scenic Rim Regional Council to undertake the concept design and documentation of a playground refurbishment of the cultural and historically significant DJ Smith Park in Canungra.

As part of our design process, our team was able to innovatively assess the existing site conditions and provide a multi-tiered play space that not only produced an engaging and high value play space, but also mitigated historic overland flow issues and in the process solve an ongoing issue for Council.
