The design provides an opportunity for the architecture to reinforce the cultural
and historical background of the district, while providing functional utilities for
the community. Operable walls have been incorporated into the design to maximise natural light and ventilation, while also providing additional flexibility and a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor space for users. The integration of outdoor space for recreational and educational opportunities has been optimised with outdoor visual projection systems and assembly areas.
