Arden Broachbeach

MODE is delivering architecture and interior design for Arden Broadbeach, a boutique residential tower at 152 Surf Parade within one of the Gold Coast’s most established coastal precincts.

Comprising a limited collection of full-floor apartments, sub-penthouses and a penthouse, the project explores a more considered approach to coastal living. The building is expressed as a sculptural form shaped by its beachfront context, with a silhouette that responds to the movement of the coastline and surrounding skyline.

The design is driven by a strong alignment between architecture and interiors, where spatial planning, materiality and outlook are resolved as a single, integrated experience. Each residence is organised to maximise aspect, privacy and natural light, with expansive floorplates and generous terraces framing views across the Pacific Ocean, hinterland and urban context.

Internally, the design adopts a refined coastal language. Fluid geometries, natural materials and a restrained palette create continuity between interior and exterior environments. Kitchens and living spaces are positioned as central elements within each residence, balancing function with a high level of detail and material resolution.

Resident amenities, including pool, spa, sauna and fitness spaces, are integrated to extend the living environment beyond the private residence, supporting a broader approach to everyday wellbeing.

Guided by MODE’s CONNECTED by Design philosophy, the project brings together architecture and interior design to deliver a cohesive residential outcome. Through the alignment of form, space and materiality, Arden presents a clear and integrated response to its coastal setting.

Arden Broadbeach reflects a shift towards more considered residential living on the Gold Coast, with an emphasis on spatial quality, privacy and a strong connection to place.
