MODE is proud to announce the completion of The Forefront, a dynamic new co-working space in Northshore Brisbane.

Positioned along the Brisbane River and adjacent to the popular Eat Street Northshore, The Forefront has been purposefully designed to foster collaboration and spark creativity among designers, developers, and entrepreneurs. Spanning 1,172 square metres across two levels, the facility features flexible office spaces, private meeting rooms, breakout zones, a communal kitchen, and dedicated event areas—offering an adaptive environment that caters to both established enterprises and emerging start-ups.

Reflecting MODE’s CONNECTED BY DESIGN philosophy, the space exemplifies a cohesive approach where architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture come together seamlessly. The building’s contemporary style is reinterpreted through refined spatial planning, custom interior detailing, and a landscape design that encourages connection, comfort, and sustainability. Every design decision—from material selection to spatial adaptability—has been carefully considered to support productivity, wellbeing, and community interaction.
