Gold Coast Airport Northern Bays Phase One Opening | Gold Coast, QLD

A major milestone at Gold Coast Airport, with the first phase of the Northern Bays project now open to passengers and the new boarding gates welcoming their first domestic travellers.

The project forms part of the broader Existing Terminal Refurbishment program, responding to continued passenger growth and the need for additional domestic capacity across the terminal.

With the project continuing through to completion later this year, the Northern Bays will provide additional capacity while supporting the ongoing evolution of Gold Coast Airport and the region it serves.
