GLAM wins Best Luxury Apartment Architectural Design at PropertyGuru Awards

MODE is proud to congratulate our client YHY Group on their success at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) 2025. Their project, Glam, was awarded Best Luxury Apartment Architectural Design (Queensland), recognising its striking design and contribution to the evolving Gold Coast skyline.

As lead designers for Glam, MODE worked closely with YHY Group to realise a project that embodies sophistication, lifestyle, and innovation. Located on Sunset Boulevard, the development redefines luxury apartment living through its elegant form, attention to detail, and seamless integration of architecture and context.

The award is a testament not only to the quality of design but also to the collaborative approach taken between YHY Group and MODE. Together, we have delivered a project that elevates residential living while creating a distinctive architectural statement.
