Project Announcement - ARDEN, Broadbeach, Gold Coast

MODE is delivering architecture and interior design for Arden Broadbeach, a boutique residential tower positioned within one of the Gold Coast’s most established coastal precincts.

The project brings together architecture and interiors as a single, integrated response, with planning, form and materiality aligned to the site’s coastal conditions. Full-floor residences are organised to maximise aspect, natural light and cross ventilation, while generous terraces extend living spaces outward to engage with the surrounding landscape.

A sculptural building form responds to the movement of the coastline and skyline, with this geometry carried through into the interior to create continuity between external expression and internal space. Natural materials and a restrained palette reinforce this approach, allowing light, view and proportion to define the experience of each residence.

Arden reflects a more considered approach to residential living on the Gold Coast, where spatial quality, privacy and connection to place are prioritised through an integrated design process.
