Bianca De Agrella Named Finalist in 2026 NAWIC QLD Awards for Excellence

Bianca De Agrella, MODE's Interior Design Lead across Australia and New Zealand, has been named a finalist in the Emerging Leader category of the 2026 NAWIC QLD Awards for Excellence.

The awards, presented by the National Association of Women in Construction Queensland, recognise women and allies across Queensland's construction industry who have demonstrated excellence in their field and made a meaningful contribution to the industry.

Through her people-focused leadership, Bianca has strengthened team capability, mentored emerging designers and improved collaboration across MODE's studios. She has also developed systems that improve project quality and consistency, while continuing to deliver multidisciplinary projects across the practice.
