Vijay VS brings over two decades of international experience in design and project delivery, having led and contributed to major developments across India, Mauritius, Dubai and Australia.

His diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors, including commercial office towers, high-end residential projects, defence and sports infrastructure, industrial complexes, and retail interiors.

Since joining MODE’s Sydney studio, Vijay has played a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects for both government and private clients. As the NSW & ACT Defence Lead, he represents MODE strategically within this critical sector, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, resilient, and responsive environments that support Australia’s national infrastructure.

In addition to Defence, Vijay has led complex remediation projects under Project Remediate, innovative workplace fit-outs, community facilities, and major sports infrastructure initiatives.

Vijay delivers sustainable, user-focused outcomes through strategic design thinking and strong stakeholder collaboration, strengthening MODE’s impact across Defence, commercial, residential, community, sports, and industrial sectors.
