Skye brings over 20 years of experience delivering complex real estate and major property developments across the Middle East, Europe and Australia. With 17 years of international experience in design, design management and project management, she has a strong foundation in large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
Her experience spans both design and construction, bringing a holistic approach to project leadership. She specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams, as well as contract and commercial management, consistently delivering high-quality, globally benchmarked outcomes. She brings particular strength in team, client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment from concept through to delivery.
Her portfolio includes large-scale and high-value projects across Master Planning, Urban Planning, Education, Olympic and Paralympic Infrastructure, Stadiums and Sports Centres, Hospitality and Leisure, Cultural and Museum Projects, Airports, Transport and Ports, Mixed Use Developments, Retail, Residential and Commercial Projects.
