St Vincent's Private Community Hospital | Griffith, NSW

The Griffith Community Private Hospital was delivered by St Vincent’s Health in collaboration with Griffith City Council, addressing a long-standing need for private healthcare services within the regional New South Wales community.

The facility comprises a 20-bed hospital and a 20-bay day procedure centre, supported by a teaching and learning centre. This component was established to provide local medical education and support the development of a sustainable healthcare workforce, alongside consulting and retail-based health services.

Co-located with the existing public hospital, the project forms part of a broader health precinct that integrates public and private healthcare services on a single site. This arrangement enables shared access, improved service coordination and a broader offering for patients within the region.

The completed development expanded healthcare capacity in Griffith and the surrounding district, providing access to private hospital services while supporting practitioner attraction and long-term service provision in the area.
