This is a 40 storey multi-residential tower for which MODE was engaged to provide Architectural and Landscape Architecture services for design development and construction documentation.
The development includes 4 levels of basement car parking, a podium consisting of retail and commercial tenancies at street level, 2 levels of above ground car parking and a landscaped recreation terrace, as well as 36 levels of residential units.
333 parking bays are provided with 108 of these in the above ground podium parking levels. The 36 floor tower has 202 apartments including a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units.
MODE has designed and documented the entrance to the tower and the streetscape treatment of the plaza which addresses the intersection of the Gold Coast Highway and Queensland Avenue, as well as the Queensland Avenue and Jubilee Street sidewalks.
