Jimboomba Central Stage 3 delivers over 3,500m² of new retail, medical and commercial office space.

Jimboomba Central Stage 3 delivers over 3,500m² of new retail, medical and commercial office space, expanding the established town centre adjacent to the recently refurbished Woolworths and associated specialty retail. The project strengthens the centre’s role as a growing community hub, supporting the rapid residential expansion occurring throughout Jimboomba and the broader Logan region.

Design Approach

The scheme is organised around a new internal ‘street’ that concentrates activity and frontage within the precinct while maintaining an intimate, pedestrian-scaled environment. This urban move creates a clear address and strengthens wayfinding, drawing people naturally through the development rather than simply along its perimeter.

A series of cross-block pedestrian connections link the site to adjoining destinations of local significance, reinforcing permeability and walkability within the broader town centre framework.

Built Form & Experience

The architecture balances contemporary commercial expression with a scale and materiality appropriate to Jimboomba’s evolving character. Active frontages, generous glazing and shaded walkways contribute to a comfortable subtropical experience, supporting retail visibility while enhancing amenity for tenants and visitors.

The integration of medical and office tenancies alongside retail creates a diversified commercial offering, extending visitation patterns beyond traditional shopping hours and reinforcing the precinct as an everyday destination.
