MODE was commissioned to manage the design and documentation of the new Energex Depot in Cleveland.

Working closely with the client, MODE were able to understand issues surrounding workflow relationships between office and warehouse operations, and storage methodologies to cater for existing and future inventory.

MODE’s skills and resources successfully overcame the challenging, natural sloping typography of the site, as well as the integrated brief requirements, through effective communication and coordination with the client to ensure service accessibility and vehicle movement improved the operational workflow.
