MODE’s design team utilised a mix of robust external cladding materials and the use of weathered timber around the base and ground floor podium has been selected as a response to the industrial developments.

Vertical gardens are proposed to provide additional privacy screening and a roof top communal space provides residences with additional amenity and spectacular city views.
