Designed by MODE, the Middle Street Apartments bring a contemporary and climate-responsive approach to multi-residential living in Cleveland. The building’s design embraces sub-tropical principles, large balconies, integrated planting, and cross-ventilation, creating generous, light-filled homes that prioritise comfort and connection to place.
