This luxury residential proposal enhances the amenity of the riverside parkland and seeks to formalise the entry and exit of Ferry Road.

The design response celebrates sub-tropical living on the river with an emphasis on outdoor living by incorporating planting and landscaping to soften the buildings edges. The proposal provides a high quality eight storey living environment with parking at basement level and ten resident parking spaces on the ground floor. The façade of the building has been designed to achieve a visual reduction in building bulk and scale. Canter levering balcony edges incorporate screening elements for privacy and garden planters for vertical amenity.
